To become fully human and realise our individual potential as we journey through life, we need support at many different levels from: best friends, soul mates, ministers, mentors, prayer partners, counsellors, spiritual directors and others.

This is particularly true for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GLBT) persons who have been excluded from mainstream religions and subjected to rejection, ridicule, isolation and shaming, all, in the name of the God who created us and gives us life.

But, thankfully, this has changed for those people who have been introduced to Metropolitan Community Churches and their message of God's inclusive and unconditional love of and for all people and who proclaim the holy integration of spirituality and sexuality.

God, created you, blesses you and is proud of you, just as you are. Despite what many of us have been told, hidden away deep within our hearts, is a loving being named God, who always loves us and never leaves us, never, ever. This awesome and humbling gift of the Divine Indwelling constantly enlivens our spiritual path and seeds our transformation.

Attached are articles relating to the issues of Homosexuality and Scripture, Queer Spirituality, Coming Out as Sacrament and other important reflections. We invite you to journey with us, a journey that is challenging, heart warming and holistic and to apply these healing and empowering messages to your life.

In doing so, we trust and pray that you will discover a life with God that is healthy and vibrant, and one that feeds and nourishes your inner self.

You may be at a place in your life where you can easily resonate with blessings, or you may be in a tough place where you wonder if you have ever blessed or been blessed. Know that just to be is 'holy', and to bless is to put a bit of you into something. Wherever you are, we hope that you can pause a while, and believe in the possibility and the power of God's love and blessings upon you.
